Except this brief note - Since I have a considerable workload on my own end of things, in the interest of making more posts, I'll provide some interesting pictures, as often as I find them, concerning current events in France, or historical ones, with no additional commentary. One knows the expression concerning what a picture is worth...

  1. Well, fair is fair, so I will wait for all the French Christians who have been welcomed in and subsidized by the governments to Algeria, Tunisia, Syria etc to fill the streets with signs vowing the triumph of Christianity in those lands.

Oh, wait, that's right, none of those places tend to tolerate avowed enemies campaigning for their own destruction on their soil. Silly me...

    1. Yes, silly you, everyone knows that only European countries are allowed to be mocked and denigrated - after all, we deserve it!

Though this demonstration takes place in London (in France the niqab is illegal - though enforcement often results in violence), and is in response to the new Mahomet cartoons in the Charlie Hebdo newspaper. The protest in Paris was forbidden, but it didn't stop an illegal one taking place, not unlike the one above.

  2. The sooner France returns to sanity and kicks these treacherous scumbags out of the country the better.

While I won't demand it, I think it would be basic courtesy for readers to adopt a "nom-de-plume" while commenting here. It would help make interactions more human.
